## Narrative

Employee worked first shift underground on 1/13/2017.  On 1/16/2017 the employee called off work stating that knee had swollen up over the weekend and ee couldn't walk.  After medical evaluation and a MRI it was determined that there are several degenerative conditions in knee and ee was sent to PT.  This is a Occupational Illness due to repeated trauma.
