Employee was changing bottom belt roller along main line belt. While installing new roller employee dropped roller onto left ankle resulting in a fracture. Cause of this incident was lack of employee concentration. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
