Notification received 1/23/2017 that this retired employee was awarded a PPD of 5.68% for noise induced hearing loss. Employee was enrolled in a Hearing Conservation Program and trained in use of hearing protection, preventing hearing loss, and areas where hearing protection is required. Employee sustained a head injury while working in 1988 which contributed to hearing loss.
