## Narrative

IGNITION - Occurred on 12 section, No. 1 entry approx. 10 to 12 feet from Continuous Miner. Employee went to reset power on the miner when the miner cable arced at repair splice and ignited a methane bleeder in the mine floor.  The flame was extinguished with rock dust.
