Narrative

A fully trained miner experienced skin irritation on right arm from what miner alleges was contact with B-Bond while sealing a stopping in the 5 North Mains. The accident was reported to have happened on 01/23. However, no accident report was filed until 01/26. The incident is still under investigation and this report is being filed prior to 10 day requirements to avoid violation.
