Narrative

Contractor employee was cutting galvanized grating with a torch. Experienced difficult breathing on way home that day. Cause of this respiratory condition was from not wearing proper respirator protection while cutting galvanized material. Did not involve rules/regulations, mining equip/systems but did involve miner proficiency and protective devices.
