## Narrative

EE was loading roof bolting supplies onto roof bolter, while supplying EE was struck in the ear by cable bolt being unloaded by bolter operator resulting in laceration to ear requiring stitches. Cause of incident was lack of EE concentration. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment, mining systems not a factor, compliance with rules/regs not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor
