## Narrative

Employee was using a 4 1/2"" angle grinder with a wire wheel to clean of the top of a 20' section of pipe prior to welding. The wire wheel came into contact with the draw string of the employee's sweatshirt which caused the wire wheel to come into contact with lower lip resulting in a laceration/avulsion.
