## Narrative

EE was operating a diesel scoop with the bucket first. As employee backed around a crosscut, employee was looking back and put employee's right hand on the edge of the operator's deck. The bucket end and the motor end came together and pinned employee's hand. No fractures, but had to have two (2) stitches to close a wound.
