Mechanic reported lifting a battery(about 30#)out of a loader and felt ""pop"" in right shoulder. Mechanic initially declined medical assessment, but later provided conservative care instructions. After a follow up assessment, restrictions were ordered on 1-30-17. Mechanic reports having removed numerous batteries recently. X-ray report showed multiple chronic changes.
