## Narrative

Hanging fan cable and rock dust hose in 1 East Headgate 17 block 2-3. After putting employee's arms down employee felt pain in employee's abdomen and a bulge. Diagnosed with hernia and awaiting a surgical consultation. No problems with training, PPE, mining machines or compliance issues.
