## Narrative

EE was replacing top roller, while replacing roller EE strained EE's left knee. EE didn't miss work until 2/7/17 becoming a RLT. Cause of incident was lack of EE concentration. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/mining systems not a factor, compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
