## Narrative

While attempting to remove a bolt, the EE was operating 18 volt cordless drill and pressed the trigger with the intent of loosening the bolt but it was set for tightening instead.  This movement jerked the wrist causing pain.  On 2/11/17 EE sought medical attention and was diagnosed with a wrist fracture.
