Narrative

Employee was moving a high voltage PLM plug on 8/23/2016. EE placed the cable over shoulder to better pull/drag the cable. While pulling the cable EE ran out of slack - this caused the plug to jerk EE back and EE began experiencing shoulder pain. EE performed full work duties and missed no work until Surgery was performed.
