Narrative

While hanging miner cable and waterline, employee stepped on a rock and turned Right Ankle. EE stated that EE felt a pop in the heel/ankle area. This did not involve any compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, machinery, or attitude.
