Narrative

EE was cleaning 2nd hearth w/air lance. Ball valve connected to air lance didn't have secured handle. EE used handle to open valve then put handle in pocket to prevent from falling off while cleaning. When finished EE tried holding air lance w/ Lft hand while using Rt hand to get handle out of pocket. EE lost grip of air lance & sustained a laceration to Rt leg. Stitches applied.
