## Narrative

Employees were loading mono-rail cables on to mono-rail cars. The cables became stuck so Employee climbed onto the mono-rail car to see why the cables were stuck. Employee slipped on the car and fell straining both knees. Employee did not violate any laws, policy, or procedures and is properly trained. Had on all required safety apparel and has a positive attitude towards safety.
