## Narrative

After Jacking up a rail flat car to re-rail. 2 employees began to push car back on the track. 1 employee slipped causing both employees to fall & in the process the employee who slipped, boot contacted the other employee in the upper lip causing a laceration. Seen site medic & referred to ER, sutures were required, full duty release, no days lost, making it a medical reportable.
