Narrative

EE was walking on float deck and tripped over a rock that was stuck in the grating. EE reached out to stop fall and EE's right hand struck a 3"" diameter pipe stand. This caused EE's wrist to bend back. EE felt pain in wrist. Hairline fracture in wrist.
