## Narrative

Mechanic driving a steel shaft out of bushing had a piece of metal fly off the shaft while striking it with a hammer.  Mechanic had safety glasses and gloves on.  Metal struck right arm and started to bleed.  EE wrapped it up but it began to swell.  EE went to Frankfort Regional Medical center after shift and they told EE to go to UK Sunday to get it removed.
