## Narrative

Employee stated EE was rock dusting the #6 entry on the #2 section. Employee was walking backwards and slinging rock dust in front of self so the dust would float away from EE's body. EE then tripped on a rock approximately 13""L X 11""W X 10"" thick, causing EE to twist left ankle. This resulted in a fracture and lost work days.
