Employee was changing the belt on crusher screen when employee stepped down off conveyor onto ground standing on a material bridge of scraper cleanings. The material bridge broke loose and the employee slipped and fell, first catching self and getting caught on the roller and then falling hitting shoulder and elbow on the ground.
