Employee was working to re-install drive belts on Flash Flotation circuit. The isolated and locked-out belts were being re-installed by rotating the unit by hand. Employee was positioned on the in-going nip of the drive sheave when right, little finger became caught in the nip point created by the belts engaging the drive sheave resulting in a fracture of finger.
