## Narrative

EE was climbing a ladder onto the dozer when personal backpack that EE was carrying shifted and caused EE to fall off of the ladder onto the ground. EE landed on left side. EE began to experience pain to left shoulder, lower back and received scratches to forearms and hands. EE was given restrictions.
