Narrative

Turning around 620 scoop in 2-1 crosscut at 30 block in 1E Headgate and drug operator compartment across rib until a rib strap hit the scoop door and caused the door/strap to strike EE in the left shoulder blade, resulting in a contusion. No problem with PPE, training, mining equipment or compliance issues.
