Narrative

EE had right hand on the drill pot on the roof bolter and while reaching to pick up a roof bolt with left hand a piece of draw rock fell striking EE just above the wrist. The draw rock measured 6"" x 8"" x 2"" thick. EE sustained a laceration requiring stitches.
