## Narrative

While walking to Roberts Run shaft between the air lock doors, employee stepped into a hole and twisted EE's ankle. This did not involve any compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, attitude, or machinery. Injury occurred on 3/3/2017 and employee continued to work until doctor took EE off work on 3/14/2017.
