## Narrative

Employee was completing a lube route and noticed a BO lube line on the Line 5 Ball Mill in the Step II Agglomerator. Employee climbed the ladder to remove the BO lube line. Employee then proceeded to fabricate a new line and climbed the ladder again to change it out. While climbing the ladder, employee felt a pain in lower left back.
