## Narrative

Employee told supervisor that they think they strained their back loading glue onto the scoop. Employee was examined/released and continued to work with no restrictions until they had surgery. IME states: I suspect lifting glue sticks caused the disc hernations seen on the MRI although it is possible they aggravated a pre-existing stenosis.
