Narrative

Employee turned a nut to remove a filter bag in the Pellet Plant. The employee felt pain in right shoulder. An MRI revealed tendinosis of the supraspinatus tendon and degenerative enthesopathy of the humerus along with osteoarthritis. The employee's diagnosis was rotator cuff tendonopathy, a disease of the tendon, resulting in a referral to physical therapy.
