Narrative

Employee and two other employees were sitting on the side of the scoop eating lunch. After the employees got finished eating lunch they got up and started walking so they could go back to work. They said they heard a pop and a rock fell. When the rock fell it struck the injured employee on the shoulder and the foot. The rock measured 36"" long X 12"" wide X 2 1/2"" thick.
