Narrative

EE diagnosed with lateral meniscus tear & other knee pathology in 2014 that will eventually require knee replacement. EE returned as a fire boss in 2015 and in Jan. 2017, slipped doing ee fire boss duties. EE felt pain in knee, MRI revealed the same meniscus tear. IE subsequently had surgery 3/3/17 for meniscectomy. Additional info, including MRI's sent.Det OI 3/10/17
