Narrative

Injured had removed shuttle car tire and was rolling it down the 339 block of 9 South haulage when it started to fall over. Injured stuck their hand out to catch it and got left ring and pinky finger pinched between the tire and rib, resulting in fractures and lacerations to both. No problem with mining methods, ppe, training or compliance issues.
