Narrative

While bolting in St Leo construction area (dual head fletcher), EE was retrieving bolt supplies off the bolter supply area a rock (10-14"") fell out and struck EE's head, resulting in a soft tissue strain to cervical spine area. No problems with mining methods, PPE, training or compliance issues. Injured has previous history of neck problems.
