Narrative

The employee was dressing the edge of 1/4"" thick diamond plate on a stationary grinder. Employee was grinding the 3 1/2"" wide end holding the piece with both hands toward the top of the material. While grinding the piece of material employee's hand was pulled into the grinding wheel causing a laceration on the top of the left hand.
