Narrative

On 9/13/2016 a supply man driving a getman tractor backed into a cross cut to allow another vehicle to pass. When ee did so a rock fell from the rib striking neck / upper back. IE was taken for a medical examination and released to work full duty. EE continued to work until ee had surgery on 4/4/2017
