## Narrative

Employee attempting to loosen the chuck on a cordless drill that had a hole saw bit in the drill & as EE was twisting the chuck their left hand slipped causing #2 & 3 fingers to contact the teeth of the bit resulting in lacerations. Seen by site medic, referred to the ER, 2 sutures were required, Full work release was issued making this a medical reportable.
