## Narrative

Employee experienced a sharp pain in left heel area while attempting to bear crawl on hands and toes in an effort to keep pressure off of knee due to the knee pad breaking while dragging supplies. This did not involve any compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, attitude, or machinery.
