Employee stepped out of scoop ee was operating and felt a ""pop"" in left ankle. Diagnosed with a torn Achilles tendon. Employee did not violate any laws, rules, or policies. Employee has a good attitude for safety. EE did not have a specific incident and is believed this is a result of a body failure type injury. Employee has proper training and was wearing required PPE.
