Narrative

Employee was responding to an incident on the Tailings Dam. EE was walking back from stranded equipment inside the dam carrying wood planks and walking through the impoundment in the mud. EE felt cramps in legs from walking and crawling and getting stuck in the mud. EE was sustained lower back pain and thigh pain.
