Narrative

Adjusting width of forks on FL068. Employee was standing on right side of fork, facing the outside of fork. Using both hands, applied pulling pressure toward self with both hands moving fork away from backboard slightly. EE was not aware finger was between fork and backboard. As employee released fork with right hand, it came down pinching tip of left index finger.
