## Narrative

Employee was attempting to pull the monorail trolley down with the diesel tugger. The monorail kinked causing the trolley to lock up. The tractor pin connecting the tugger's nylon winch rope to the trolley broke. A clevis struck the injured employee in the right hand causing a laceration requiring stitches.
