Narrative

The CM operator backed the machine out of the face due to the machine's conveyor not working. The electricians had CM operator try to start the conveyor to determine the problem. A piece of rib of what would become the No. 2 face fell out onto the CM operator. The rib measured 53"" long, 36"" wide, and 20"" thick.
