## Narrative

Injured was roof bolting in a future LW recovery chute.  During the process EE had a drill steel become fouled in the drill chuck. EE was unable to pull it out, so EE then activated the rotation to free it.  When EE rotated it, the steel whipped striking EE in the right upper portion of the chest.
