## Narrative

The crew replaced gaskets on the turbo hose on the drill motor. Once drilling recommenced, smoke came from the area of the turbo hose and exhaust system. IP obtained an ABC dry chemical fire extinguisher and discharged on area of smoke, causing inhalation of dry chemical powder resulting in irritation of EE's respiratory system.
