Narrative

An employee was tasked with changing a screen and EE was hammering a bolt into place EE felt a pain in EE's right shoulder. While exiting the screen deck EE grabbed onto the spray bar to pull self out of the screen and felt a pop in the same shoulder. EE was brought to the clinic and diagnosed with a sprained shoulder. EE was put on restrictions and physical therapy.
