## Narrative

IE was using a chain fall to assist in raising the lid on the #2 dryer that was in the down position.  The IE was pulling downward on the chain when the dryer lid become dislodged and moved suddenly. IE came down suddenly onto IE's right leg. The initial diagnosis was a right quadricep muscle strain. Eventual MRI showed a torn quadricep muscle which required surgery on 4/21/17.
