We are submitting this as an occupational illness because any condition is due to cumulative, repetitive trauma. The EE sustained a back injury at home and had previous back pain. Subsequently, claimed to experience back pain while roof bolting. EE was examined twice and released to work with no restriction. EE was examined a third time and issued a lifting restriction.
