## Narrative

Employee was burning out a keyhole bolt in 071-12 pan feeder on the west side of the discharge chute.  The employee stopped to chip out dirt/slag out of the hole using a chipping hammer. After employee struck the hole in the liner the slag/dirt ricocheted behind their prescription safety glasses.
