## Narrative

Operator was securing a pallet on a shipping flat when the chain being used slipped causing ee to stumble on flat ground, resulting in a rolled ankle.  Initial pain subsided. The next morning (Tuesday 5/2/2017) ankle was still an issue.  Flew back to town and had x-rays and MRI performed.  MRI showed damage to a ligament on that ankle.
